Rudy Hille is a Certified Compliance Specialist with TCS USA. He has 35 years of Law Enforcement experience, beginning in 1986, and has worked for various agencies such as Corpus Christi Police Department, Mansfield Police Department, Tarrant County Precinct 4, and most recently served as Chief of Police for Waelder Police Department. He has held various assignments such as Reserve Officer, Traffic Division, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE), Vice Narcotics, FTO, and Accident Investigator and has supervised divisions such as Gang, K-9, Firearms Simulator, Community Resources, FTO, and Patrol Division. He has served as a member of the Tri-County Auto Theft Task Force, and the TCOLE Training Consortium and is currently a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He has also held various positions in construction management, corporate security, safety, HR, and accident investigation. He has always had a passion for the transportation industry which led him to TCS USA, where he has received extensive training to provide professional assistance to trucking companies in his current role.
