Paul Malone is a Certified Compliance Specialist with TCS USA. Before being recruited to TCS, he 32 years in law enforcement for the State of Mississippi. During that time, Paul worked up the ranks from Officer to Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and finished his public service career as the Major over the Southern District for the Mississippi Department of Transportation Enforcement Division. He was also employed with the Amite County Sheriff’s Department as a deputy and the Franklin County School District as a Campus Police Officer.  Paul has extensive experience in roadside inspections and crash investigations. He has successfully prepared and represented over 100 clients for USDOT Compliance Reviews and serves as TCS’s subject matter expert on both weights and standards and cargo securement rules. Paul’s expertise in enforcement as well as his success in managing many different industry fleet operations adds significant value and insight to our team.
