Jennifer Lass began her career at TCS in 2018 as a Certified Compliance Specialist working in our Field Operations Division.  Now serving as our Marketing Manager, she leads our team in providing solutions for all of our client's compliance needs.  A lifelong resident of Southeast Louisiana, Jennifer has extensive experience and knowledge in transportation and logistics management with both large and small fleet operations. Her skill set is a combination of both regulatory knowledge and customer service which has been honed by the challenges of actually running trucking operations while managing company payrolls, implementing driver safety programs, and coordinating routes and permits for trucks all over the southern U.S. With experience in managing heavy hauls, general freight moves, oil and gas projects, and specialized logistics, Jennifer has successfully improved safety ratings for carriers in one of the most challenging logistics markets in the South. TCS clients benefit from her training and industry experience which complements our team.
