Jason Musselman

Jason Musselman is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Transportation Compliance Services, USA (TCS USA). His career began by collaborating with regulatory experts on commercial motor vehicle accident litigation. Joining TCS in 2010 as a Compliance Specialist, he showcased his expertise in regulatory matters. Over the years, Jason's dedication and proficiency led to his promotion to Regional Manager in 2015, and subsequently, in 2018, he assumed the role of Director of Administrative Services.

A graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Public Administration, Jason's commitment to excellence goes beyond his academic achievements. Actively contributing to industry advancements, he serves on the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) Hazardous Materials Committee and CVSA’s Passenger Carrier Committee. Additionally, he holds membership in the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) and is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS).

Jason has successfully represented motor carriers in more than a hundred safety audits and compliance reviews. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the acquisition and merging of significant motor carrier entities. Moreover, he has contributed to the development of safety programs currently utilized by Fortune 500 and other publicly traded companies.

Beyond the office, Jason engages in independent research with professional and industry groups, interpreting federal and state regulations to stay abreast of changes and enhance his knowledge base. Jason also assists with expert opinions for commercial motor vehicle accident litigation. This commitment ensures both personal growth and ongoing regulatory compliance for his clients. Jason thrives on developing innovative solutions to improve safety and regulatory compliance, all while increasing efficiency and reducing costs for both TCS and its clients.
