Janna Hinton joined the TCS USA team in February 2023 as a Support Services Specialist. She started at TCS USA in the Licensing & Permit Division of Support Services and has extended to the Controlled Substances & Alcohol Testing (CSAT) Department due to her team-oriented approach.

Janna has a diversified background that includes working with the Mississippi Department of Revenue helping with IFTA and IRP. She has 12 years of banking experience that emphasizes customer service and attention to detail. She had a previous position as an EMT at American Medical Response that required national registration. She graduated at the top of her class as an Emergency Medical Technician at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Janna has been a welcome addition to the TCS USA team.
