Fred is a certified compliance specialist with TCS USA. He is a graduate of East Mississippi Community College, earning an Associate’s degree with a specialty in Diesel Technology. Fred’s professional experience begins with 25 years in the United States Army/United States Army Reserve, where he served as a heavy equipment diesel mechanic. Fred is a retired Mississippi State Trooper with the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol. In 2004, while serving in this capacity, he was moved into a special division called the Motor Carrier Division. Fred was also a hazmat team member, as well. He was promoted to the northern region supervisor position until he retired in 2019.
