Eric Shackelford’s professional experience includes twenty years in the United States Navy in the area of law enforcement and tactical interdiction before being recruited in 2013 by TCS. Eric was responsible for drug and alcohol testing compliance in the U.S. Navy and managed several regional programs. He has received certification from DATIA (Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association) as Certified Professional Collector Trainer and completed DATIA’s elite Advanced Drug Testing Management course. Eric was the Controlled Substances & Alcohol Testing Coordinator at TCS from 2013 to 2022. In 2022, Eric obtained his CCS board certifcation and became a Certified Compliance Specialist (CCS) position in our Managed Online Services (MOS) divison. Eric’s advice, guidance, and reliability have assisted clients through hundreds of USDOT audits over the years.
