Andrea Miezejeski joined TCS USA as a Support Services Specialist in June of 2021. Her dedication, attention to detail, and optimistic attitude led her to be promoted to Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Coordinator. She was promoted again in June 2023 to Support Services Manager.

For 9 years, Andrea worked in various customer service roles which included leadership responsibilities. This experience is highly prevalent in her day to day role as she greets each customer with a smile and strives to accommodate any and all requests to her best ability. 

Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administrative Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Professional Studies Degree in Homeland Security Studies from Tulane University. Andrea's attention to detail and focus on customer service is utilized to effectively work in the Support Services Division, including providing excellent customer service to all TCS USA clients. Andrea's thoroughness, drive, and kindness not only make her an asset to clients but also makes her a dependable employee, trusted ally, and friendly coworker. TCS is grateful to have her aboard!
