David Nunley is a Certified Compliance Specialist with TCS USA. He completed the Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy in 1985 and has served as an officer with the Mississippi State Tax Commission Law Enforcement Division, the Alcorn County Sheriff Department, and then the Mississippi Public Service Commission Law Enforcement Motor Carrier Division enforcing Federal Motor Safety Regulations and Criminal Interdiction Patrol on Commercial Motor Vehicles. During his career with the Mississippi Public Service Commission, he completed CVSA certification to be a Certified Motor Carrier Safety Inspector and schools pertaining to criminal interdiction and drug enforcement. Later, David served as an officer in the Mississippi Department of Transportation and then transferred in 2006 to the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol Motor Carrier Division as a New Entry Safety Auditor and Safety Inspector. During his career with the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol Motor Carrier Division he conducted New Entry Safety Audits and trained other officers on commercial motor vehicle inspections. David has extensive experience in crash investigation, truck inspections, and investigative techniques into safety programs for trucking companies.  Now David uses his skills to manage the files, trucks, and drivers for multiple clients for TCS and has successfully navigated his clients through dozens of USDOT Compliance Reviews.
